Once you meet your professional English-speaking driver or guide, you will be taken on a culinary adventure through the back alleys of Penang. During the tour, you will stop at four or five different locations to try a variety of delicious snacks, drinks, and desserts.
As Malaysia is home to a mix of Malay, Chinese, and Indian cultures, the food in Penang is infused with a range of spices and flavors. You will have the chance to taste a range of savory snacks including traditional fritters made from prawn, tofu, or yam, Penang lobak which is a spiced deep-fried pork roll, signature noodles, and delicious seafood.
